Complete control of established tasks. Monitoring of established tasks. Comparison of output to pre-determined standards. A task overview program giving managers the ability to move staff to the tasks where they are needed the most.

Employee Performance Measurement And Reporting Every task handled through the Dakota Series has a task code assigned to it. Using task codes provides improved employee accuracy and performance measurements.

Task Overview Provides Improved Staff Utilization Every task handled through the Dakota Series is tracked using the task overview. By comparing the task required with standard task times, the system will provide information regarding completion of tasks and the number of employees required to complete tasks by a specific time. When the orders for the night are processed, the Task Overview can be examined to see what the anticipated selection time is for each department.
