“ We looked at every WMS option on the market. We selected BFC because we liked the software, heard good things about the service, and they understood our business.

BFC had a good implementation strategy for us. We are privately held company and very conservative when it comes to customer service issues. In our market, we cannot afford any let down in customer service levels.

BFC allowed us to start with one department doing primarily receiving, put away and replenishments. We were able to train staff, do practice sessions for one department, and then move that knowledge to the other departments.

We have been on the BFC Dakota Series system for over a year. Through attrition, we are at our lowest ever employee level on the day shift.

We have nearly doubled our through put on the day shift. At the same time, we have improved customer service levels.

We never loose product in the warehouse. We never have losses due to dating. We had just $29 in receiving errors last month. We have totally changed and improved our day shift operations.

We have recently started selection on the BFC side. This allows us to utilize their Truck Builder ™ pallet mapping tool for building trucks. This tool expands our flexibility and makes it easy to move to Voice, our next move.”
