Our decision to purchase a warehouse management system from BFC Associates was greatly influenced by their knowledge of our business and the targeted applicability of the software to food service distribution.

The flexibility of the software to allow directed put-away in selected environments and user directed put-away in others was an added bonus and illustrates how the standard product software without expensive and time-consuming modifications is flexible enough to support our specific needs. We have 3 environments, 2 are on directed and one is on virtual slots based on space restrictions.

Our experience with BFC has been a great one. From the initial sale through installation and support they have been our partners in a very successful addition to our distribution capabilities and commitment to always look for ways to better serve our customers. Our installations were seamless to our customers which is key to our company. The first inventory and install was on Friday/Saturday and on the Monday we were running so smoothly that I felt comfortable leaving for a game of golf.
