We moved over a weekend instead of over a month as originally planned. We had a narrow window of opportunity to get moved into to the new facility, or postpone it for several months. It was a busy first couple of weeks, in some areas, the rack people were not even finished when we were moving product into the slots. In another area the racks were too tall for our forklifts, so several areas had to be inactivated until they could be fixed.

Lyle Castle and the staff at BFC were here day and night helping us. I was here until 1:00 AM and they were too. Together we solved all the issues, got moved in and operating effectively within a short period of time. After that we started to see big productivity gains, reducing overtime during our first Thanksgiving (the start of our busy season) by hundreds of hours.

We've been with BFC for almost four years and they just keep helping make us money. That was our criteria for a successful implementation!
