We are seeking a self-starting, over-achieving enterprise sales professional to maximize relationship value with existing BFC customers and close new customer business with customer cohorts; this role is critical to BFC’s growth acceleration strategy. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible working independently and teaming with BFC subject matter experts to identify, qualify, and close new, expansion and renewal Transportation Solution business. As a member of the BFC sales team, you will implement and execute a territory business plan and target account plans to drive ARR bookings that meet and exceed your individual revenue target.


Key Responsibilities

· Develop a sales pipeline for BFC Syntelic Transportation products and close new Syntelic Load Planner and Driver Bid Optimizer business as a dedicated Transportation solution, new business seller working independently and with BFC partners
· Serve as a customer/market advocate working closely with BFC solution engineering, professional services, product management and executive leadership to drive attainment of targeted customer business outcomes and impact
· Develop new business territory and account plans that yield actionable BFC sales cycles, 4x pipeline coverage, and targeted ARR growth
· Develop and dynamically maintain a rolling 2 FQ and Annual ARR forecast on a weekly cadence
· Identify and navigate multi-level buying centers and constituents to build business relationships and influence BFC solution selection
· Cultivate and manage senior business relationships to secure BFC-affirming executive decisions
· Secure every BFC subscription renewal at full value
· Adopt and leverage BFC best practices across business operations, sales opportunity management, and customer engagement domains

- Strong intellect with a natural curiosity about integrated business processes and optimized business outcomes
- Proven ability to capture new logo business and build company brand equity in a growth-stage environment
- Proven ability to capture expansion business via successful whitespace mapping and account plan execution
- Proven ability to present and sell SaaS business software in a voice of the customer context, explicitly linking business value drivers with solution capabilities and targeted business metrics/outcomes (warehouse operations and transportation experience required)
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and engage across the customer organization, from individual knowledge workers to C-level business and IT executives
- Dedication to the art and science of selling with formal sales methodology training and experience (Strategic Selling, Force Management/MEDDICC sales methodology or similar)
- Detail-orientation with experience negotiating and closing complex, enterprise-level SaaS subscription agreements and Statements of Work
- Transparent, accountable and collaborative operating style (Salesforce.com-based activity and opportunity management proficiency is expected/required)
- Successful track record of working remotely as a member of a distributed sales team
- Willingness and desire to travel in support of individual and company success
- 5+ years of quota-beating, enterprise-level experience selling SaaS business applications and information technology solutions
- BS/BA required
