Description:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to be our first CSM helping our customers on their food optimization journey. You’ll serve as the strategic point of contact for some of our largest customers for onboarding, adoption, stakeholder engagement, and value realization: surfacing opportunities for growth. You will build and maintain deep relationships, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within BFC.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for engaging, retaining, and helping enable our customers, the Customer Success Manager will be responsible for enabling and maintaining customer success through the lifecycle of the customer.
- Establish highly effective relationships with senior (C-Suite) executives and key decision makers to ensure a close and successful long-term business relationship
- Serve as the lead point of contact and ensure customers are receiving world-class service
- Partner with sales to drive alignment for customer renewals and expansion opportunities
- Work closely with Sales, Support, Product and Professional Services teams to track optimization requests, best practices, technical recommendations, and ensure account issues are resolved quickly
- Can build credibility and trust by understanding customer requirements and addressing needs
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and regularly interact with key stakeholders to deliver insights, product notifications, support notices, and operational review
- Serve as a Subject Matter expert delivering value-added guidance and change management support to BFC customers
- Partner with Marketing and Alliances to develop customer stories, case studies, and client references based on data driven results
- Maintain expertise on industry trends/practices and competitive landscape
What you bring...
- BS/BA or a combination of experience and education/training equivalent to a four-year college degree
- At least 2 years of Account Management experience working with (SaaS) B2B software
- Proven commercial mindset with experience in identifying, driving, and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Strong analytical skills and time management skills
- Strategic mindset—capable of advising on platform value and customer ROI
- Willing to travel based on customer and business needs (10-25% travel)
